Infractions
E-goi, Lda. informs that in accordance with and for the purposes of Law No. 93/2021, of December 20, and Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9, it has approved the Regulation on the Reporting of Infractions (whistleblowing).
The purpose of this regulation is to establish a set of rules and procedures for the reception, registration, and handling of whistleblower reports of violations.
In line with the objective of this regulation, all communications of breaches under this Regulation will be submitted to an effective, swift, and suitable system for their detection, investigation, and resolution, in accordance with the highest ethical standards and safeguarding the principles of confidentiality.
Report an Infraction
Following E-goi’s Regulation on the Reporting of Infractions, there are different channels to guarantee the report of an infraction.
All communications sent to these channels will be subject to preliminary analysis to certify the credibility of the communication. If deemed relevant, an investigation will be conducted by the competent department, and a report will be created with the complaint.
