| Me and my girlfriend share our birthday on the same day. |

The same shop sent me an offer on gadgets, and her one on perfumes! |

I forgot about the offer, but a week later I got
an SMS reminder! |

| Maximise the performance of a campaign based on the specific profile of the target audience and launch it automatically at a particularly advantageous time (e.g. birthday). |
| How this is achieved in E-goi |
|
|
 |
 |
With
E-goi you can launch highly segmented campaigns,
customised to match the profile of each
subscriber.
Using the “Gender” segmentation field, E-goi can
send the campaign to a distribution list,
automatically segmenting it for men and women.
As a result, using conditional models (if-based
templating), male subscribers will receive a
newsletter with one promotional offer, while
female subscribers will receive the same
newsletter with a different offer - all within
the same email campaign!
E-goi can also send campaigns automatically on
subscribers’ birthdays. Just publish a campaign
with the event “Birthday” and let E-goi
automatically send it to subscribers on their
birthday.
You can also send a different campaign before or
after a subscriber’s birthday. In this case, to
send subscribers a reminder of the promotional
offer, just create an SMS campaign associated
with the event “Birthday” and set the number of
days after which it should automatically be sent
to subscribers.

This method enables customised communication with each
customer, automatically promoting the right product at
the right time. In addition, automatic birthday messages
generate a powerful branding effect and stimulate
word-of-mouth, which in turn will increase the
effectiveness of your campaigns in the medium and long
term.
