I got a call from Ronaldo inviting me to attend the game!
I'm in South Africa to watch the World Cup. Today's World Cup newsletter spotlights Ronaldo's upcoming game. A few minutes later Ronaldo himself calls, inviting me to the game.
  Goal
Increase the effectiveness of a promotional offer, using subscriber behaviour.
How this is achieved in E-goi
When you create and publish an email campaign in E-goi, you can immediately create another campaign using any channel, to be sent only to a particular behavioural segment of the target audience.

In this case, you would simply create a voice campaign and publish it only to the segment of subscribers who were in southern Portugal at the time they opened the newsletter. Only those subscribers will receive a recorded call from Ronaldo.

As for the voice call, it not only plays the recording of the famous player, but also gives the subscriber the option of speaking to an operator to conveniently book a ticket to the game.

The ticket can then be easily sent as a text message directly to the subscriber’s mobile phone, via the E-goi API.

Result
This method of behavioural segmentation makes your campaign much more effective, drastically reducing marketing costs (the voice call is only made to subscribers who were in the Algarve area when they read the newsletter) and generating a powerful word-of-mouth effect in the target audience (“Did you know Ronaldo called me yesterday inviting me to the game?”).
