With
E-goi, campaigns can be activated based on
events, such as clicking on another campaign.
This feature is easy to use in E-goi. You start
by creating and publishing a normal email
campaign (newsletter). Then, just create an
interactive voice campaign to be sent whenever a
particular link in the email campaign is clicked
on.
As a result, just minutes after a subscriber
clicks on a product in the newsletter, they will
receive a pre-recorded call (probably while
viewing the product price and description)
offering a discount if the product is purchased
in the next half hour. At the end of the call,
the subscriber can press the 2 key to receive
the discount code or the 1 key to talk to an
operator and clear up any questions they may
have.
And that’s not all. If the subscriber decides to
take up the offer, the discount code can be sent
directly as a text message. Just create an SMS
campaign in E-goi (with an automatically
generated discount code) and activate it based
on the event “pressed the 1 key” in the voice
campaign.
The SMS discount code can be generated either
within E-goi or by a CRM application which
generates the code and sends it to E-goi via API.

This is a highly effective method of encouraging impulse
buys as it provides the potential customer with an
incentive to buy the product at the precise moment they
are most interested. The convenience of receiving the
discount code via SMS and the option to speak to an
operator to clear up any questions are also important
motivational factors, discouraging the customer from
looking for the same product elsewhere.
